In San Diego there are some good ones, but this one in Mexico City was the best I've had so far. Very unique fusion of French and Indian cuisine. What a great idea! By the way we tried the local suadero taco joint our waiter recommended, and all I have to say is, you NEED to visit Tijuana. Come stop up and try some real tacos in TJ, and a Caesar Salad! But after a week in CDMX, my colleagues convinced me to try this place, and I’m so glad I gave in. The food here genuinely rivals some of the best Indian restaurants back home. Rohan and his team have created something truly special. The bhel puri was a flavor bomb—crunchy, tangy, and beautifully balanced. The beetroot cutlet (I’m forgetting the exact name) was the real showstopper—I could’ve easily eaten a second round, but I was too tempted to explore more of the menu. The almond korma chicken tasted like a cherished family recipe—rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. It instantly transported me back home. Everything we ordered was so tasty and it was so refreshing to be able to enjoy different spices and flavors than the norm. My husband especially liked the Russian dish with an Indian twist.
